MP3Gain: Same Volume for all your songs

Tired of reaching for your volume knob every time your mp3 player changes to a new song? MP3Gain analyzes and adjusts mp3 files so that they have the same volume. MP3Gain does not just do peak normalization, as many normalizers do. Instead, it does some statistical analysis to determine how loud the file actually sounds to the human ear.
Also, the changes MP3Gain makes are completely lossless. There is no quality lost in the change because the program adjusts the mp3 file directly, without decoding and re-encoding. http://mp3gain.sourceforge.net/

i have 100000 mp3 files how practical is this software

I use it and love it. Most DJ programs like Scratch Live and Traktor can adjust the volume of every song, but only in there software. I use foobar2000 or Winamp to play background music.
I suggest you test the software on a few songs to see if you like it. You can drag a folder into the software and press Track Analysis. Then see where it views the songs volume. Then hit Track Gain. I personally set the volume to 94db for all my songs.
